Cosy two independent properties surrounded by
lots of land at approximately 3,5 kilometres from Sta. Eulalia and
2,5 km from the beaches Cala Pada, S’Argamassa, Es Cana, and
Rio’s Santa Eulalia.
The first house sleeps 6 people and consists of the living room
with dining area and open kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms
(twin, double and one with pull-out bed for 2 people). The double
bedroom has a bathroom in suite.
At the back side of the house there is a porch with barbecue. In
front of the house is a planted area and garden furniture. Pool
with sunbeds, umbrellas and exterior shower. Pool 11 x 5.5 meters,
to share with the second house.

d'en Bossa invery nice zone, it's very close from the center of
Ibiza, just 3 km.
The villa is composed in 5 double rooms, 5 bathrooms (1 with jacuzzi),
complete kitchen with every utilities, big living room, lunch room,
cafè room with sight to swimming pool, wine cellar of around
50 m2, air condicionated. Outside there is a big and clear garden

Two separate guest houses are located in a beautiful garden with
lightings and an automatic irrigation system. Both guest houses
have their own double bedroom, bath and shower, living room as well
as own terraces. One of these has an extra kitchen. A separate apartment
is located underneath the main house and is equipped with double
bedroom, bath en suite, kitchen, living room and terrace. All rooms
have television, DVD and sound system.
A beautiful Mediterranean panoramic view greets your eyes whilst
relaxing on the large swimming pool terrace.
You can reach Ibiza in 5 minutes by car and the airport in 10 minutes.
The local supermarket is within walking distance.
